Winnicott 이론 기반 집단상담 프로그램이 보호관찰 청소년의 공격성, 자기조절능력 및 자아존중감에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 보호관찰 청소년의 재범과 재비행을 줄이기 위해서는 보호관찰 청소년의 필요에 맞는 집단상담 프로그램의 개입이 필요하다는 관점에서, Winnicott의 촉진적 환 경 6단계를 바탕으로 중간대상을 제공하는 집단상담 프로그램이 보호관찰 청소년의 공 격성을 줄이고 자기조절능력 및 자아존중감을 증진효과 검증을 목적으로 한다. 프로그 램의 구성은 Winnicott의 촉진적 환경 6단계를 토대로 구성하였고 식물을 중간대상으로 제공하여 보호관찰 청소년들의 변화를 촉진하였다. 경상남도에 거주하는 보호관찰 청소 년을 대상으로 동질적인 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어 프로그램을 실시하고 그 효과 를 검증하였다. 프로그램은 회기당 180분씩 주 1회 8회기 과정이였다. 프로그램 실시 전 과 후에 사전, 사후검사를 하였고, 그 변화 추이를 분석하였다. 결과는 호보관찰 청소년 의 공격성을 감소시키고, 자기조절능력과 자아존중감을 증진시키는 데 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The Effects of a Group Counseling Program on Aggressiveness, Self-Regulatory Ability and Self-Esteem of the Juvenile Probationers - based on Winnicott's Theory -

The thesis aims to examine if a group counseling program is effective in reducing juvenile probationers' aggressiveness and improving their self-regulatory ability and self-esteem, by offering an intermediate object based on the 6 stages of Winnicott's facilitative environment, in the viewpoint that it is necessary for the juvenile probationers to be intervened with a group counseling program which meets their needs in order to prevent them from repeating delinquencies and second offenses. For this purpose, the thesis explores, first, the characteristics of the juvenile probationers and Winnicott's object relation theory and other relevant theories. Secondly, a group counseling program for the juvenile probationers has been developed on the basis of theoretical synthesis. Based on the experiences of participating in the ORPT Parental Education and Action Program produced by Kyeongnam Family Counseling Institute, using the 6 stages of Winnicotts' facilitative environment, this program furthered to offer a plant as an intermediate object and thus to facilitate a change from the juvenile probationers. The program contents consisted of 8 terms are offering an object, hugging, dealing with challenges, reflecting, survival from aggression, playing, looking at future vision, living a new life, etc. To examine the effects of this program, the program has been tested by dividing two groups, an experiment group (21 cases) and a control group (22 cases), among 43 juvenile probationers residing in the province of Kyeongnam. The program was consisted of 8 terms once per week, lasting 180 minutes each term and proceeded by the researcher myself. I analyzed the changes through the preliminary and post examination before and after the program test. The study analysis was done by the ANOVA with repeated measurements and T-test to examine the changes of preliminary and post statistical scores of experiment group and control group, using the SPSS 21.0 program. The analysis results show that this program was effective in reducing juvenile probationers' aggressiveness and improving their self-regulatory ability and self-esteem. It suggests strongly that there is a high possibility for the study program to facilitate a change by offering plants as a intermediate object when it is applied to the juvenile probationers. It is also expected that the study can contribute to prevent the juvenile probationers from repeating delinquencies and second offenses.
