전자장치 부착 대상자들의 재범경험에 대한 질적 내용분석 연구 - A시의 보호관찰 성범죄자를 대상으로 -
본 연구는 전자장치 부착 대상자들의 재범 경험에 대한 질적 내용분석연구로서 전자장치 부착 대상자들의 재범에 영향을 미치는 신체적 차원, 가족적 차원, 사회적 차원, 심리·정서적 차원, 제도적 차원에서의 요인을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 연구자는 전자장치 부착에서 벗어나지 못하고 재범한 7인으로 연구 참여자 집단을 구성하였다. 원 자료를 분석한 결과 68개의 의미내용을 구성하였다. 신체적 차원에서는 ‘몸의 과각성과 저각성’, 가족차원에서는 ‘가족의 무관심’, ‘가족회피’, ‘부부·가족 갈등’, 사회적 차원에서는 ‘스스로의 고립을 자초’, ‘무계획으로 살아가기’, 심리·정서적 차원에서는 ‘분노’, ‘죄책감’, ‘후회’, ‘대체물 찾기’, ‘무망감’, ‘우울’, ‘자살’, ‘자기낙인 부여’, ‘무질서한 생활리듬’, ‘도덕적 해체’, 제도적 차원에서는 ‘피해의식’, ‘권력부패’로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과에 근거하여 도덕적 다짐, 재범과 관계된 총체적 차원에서의 동요, 건강한 생활로 회복하여 유지하는데 가족관계의 중요성에 대한 논의와 제언을 하였다.
A Qualitative Content Analysis on a second conviction experience of the offenders Monitored by GPS system - Targeted on the sex offenders probationers in "A" city -
This study investigated quality of recidivism of offenders with electronic tagging, and examined effects upon recidivism from the point of view of body, society, psychology and emotion and systems of the offenders. The subject were seven of second offenders with electronic tagging: The questionnaires consisted of 68 questions. The body factor included body’s hyper-arousal and low-arousal, and The family factor included family’s indifference, family’s avoidance, and a couple and family’s conflict, and the society factor included being isolated by himself or by herself, living life without plan, and the psychological and/or emotional factor included anger, quilt feeling, regret, looking for replacement, hopelessness, depression, suicide, self-stigma, disordered life rhythm, and moral disorganization, and the system factor included victim mentality and political corruption. The study discussed and suggested the values of family relations to recover healthy life from the point of view of moral resolution and recidivism.
