소년원생의 자아상태와 인생태도 변화를 위한 영화치료 프로그램의 효과 검증
본 연구는 소년원생 7명을 대상으로 주 2회, 1시간 30분씩 총 9회의 영화치료 프 로그램을 실시하여 그 효과를 탐색해 본 것이다. 연구자는 해당 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위해 사전 사후 검사로 교류분석(TA) 이론을 바탕으로 한 이고그램 (Egogram) 체크리스트 및 인생태도 점검표(KTAA식)를 채택하였다. 또한, 이 프로그 램은 통제집단이 없는 단일집단 사전 사후 비교 설계의 한계를 극복하기 위해 8회기 종결 이후, 한 달 뒤 1회기를 추가 진행하여 추수 검사를 실시하였고, 매회기마다 대 상자들의 구술 및 서술 내용을 수집하여 기술통계를 통한 개별사례 결과 분석을 실 시하였다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 대상자들의 자아상태는 7명 중 4명의 대상자에게 효 과가 나타났고, 인생태도는 7명 중 6명의 대상자에게 효과가 나타나, 모든 대상자에 게 영향을 미치지는 못했지만, 과반수 이상에게 긍정적 영향을 미쳐 프로그램이 효 과가 있음을 시사하고 있다. 이에, 후속 연구를 위해 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 연 구의 제한점 및 제언을 논의하였다.
The Effect of Cinema Therapy for Improving Ego State and Life Position of Teenagers in Juvenile Detention Center
This research is to investigate the efficacy of a series of cinema therapy sessions, which totals at 9 times of an hour and a half long session at the frequency of twice a week, given to the seven juvenile delinquents in the juvenile detention center. In order to prove the validity of the program, the researcher chose to use the Ego-gram checklist and Life Position checklist (KTAA standard) for the pretest-posttest method. To overcome any possible limitation linked to the single group pretest-posttest comparison design model without a control group, an additional session was given a month after the 8 times of session, and participant’s verbal and other forms of narratives were collected at each session to conduct individual case analysis using descriptive statistics. The research consequently revealed that the provided cinema therapy was effective for improving four out of seven participant’s ego state as well as six out of seven participant’s life position, and it implies that cinema therapy offered positive influence to the majority of the participants while it does not cover all participants. Therefore, this research’s limitations and suggestions are discussed too for future researches.
