전자발찌 착용 대상자의 자기통제 향상을 위한 차문화치료 프로그램 - 의 보호관찰 성범죄자를 대상으로 -
본 연구는 전자발찌 착용 성범죄자들의 재범방지와 건전한 사회복귀를 할 수 있도록 자기통제를 향상시킬 수 있는 차문화치료 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 U시 보호관찰소 차문화치료 프로그램에 참여한 전자발찌 착용 성범죄자들을 대상으로 프로그램 실시 전후 자기통제척도를 평가하여 그 효과성을 검증하였다. 그 결과, 차문화치료 프로그램은 U시보호관찰소 전자발찌 착용 성범죄자들의 자기통제 요소 중 장기적인 만족추구를 향상시킨 반면 즉각적 만족 추구 정도는 감소시킨 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 차문화치료 프로그램이 그들의 자기통제를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 관찰기록에 의하면 차문화치료를 통해 U시 보호관찰소 전자발찌 착용 성범죄자들 간의 상호작용이 높아졌으며, 차문화치료를 체험하고 느낌으로써 정서적으로 안정되고 대인관계에서도 예를 갖추며 생활의 적극성을 향상시킨 것이 확인되었다.
Tea Culture Therapy Program for the Improvement of Self-Control for the Offenders Monitored by GPS System - Targeted on the Sex Offenders Probationers in
The purpose of this study is to apply a tea culture therapy program developed for the self-control Improvement and recidivism prevention of sex offenders supervised by GPS electronic monitoring(wearing electronic anklet). After applying a tea culture therapy program, this study examined the effect of the program empirically. This study employed an integrative approach of qualitative and quantitative methods. It is shown from the qualitative analysis that the subjects participated in this program improved positive attitude, active participation, seriousness in interpersonal relationship, anger management, and sympathy considerably through this program. The results from quantitative analysis indicate that the sub-factors of self-control are significantly improved.
