전자감독 성폭력범죄자의 삶에 대한 내러티브 탐구 - 전자발찌 성폭력 대상자로 살아가기
본 연구는 전자감독 성폭력 범죄자의 삶이 어떠한가에 대하여 세 명의 연구대상자를 중심으로 그들이 어떠한 삶을 살아가고 있는지를 시간의 흐름에 따라 분석하였다. 연구 대상자는 현재 전자감독을 받고 있는 자발찌 성폭력 대상자 3명으로, 자료수집기간은 2014년 4월부터 7월에 걸쳐 일대일 개별심층면담으로 이루어졌다. 면담시간은 대상자에 따라 60분에서 120분으로 내러티브 탐구 방법(Narrative Inquiry)을 활용하여 이들의 이야기를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 내러티브 탐구 자료 분석 방법의 가장 큰 특징인 자료를 전체 이야기의 배경 안에서 주제별로 분류 분석 하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 알 수 있었던 바는 다음과 같다. 성폭력대상자는 어떠한 삶을 살고 있는가에 대하여 전자발찌를 차고 있는 기간 동안 나쁜 놈으로 남아 있어야 한다는 것에 대해 끊임없이 이야기하며 자신들은 더 이상 예전의 범죄자가 아니며 변화되었고 또 변화될 수 있는 존재임을 강조하고 있었으며, 전자발찌를 통한 고통에 대한 감수성을 키워나가는 만큼 타인의 고통에 민감해지며 삶에서 스스로를 조절해 나가는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 그들의 삶을 이해하는 텍스트로서 전자발찌 성폭력 범죄자들이 어떤 생각과 어떤 감정 어떤 상황에서 무슨 생각을 하며 그들의 삶을 어떤 식으로 조절하고 있는지를 살펴보는 것은 이들을 관찰하고 사회를 보호해야 하는 우리들에게 기초자료를 제공 하는데 의의가 있다 .
Narrative Inquiry about the life of electronic supervision sex offenders
In this paper, we study the life of electronic supervision for sex offenders on What. That the center of the three subjects as they live any life was analyzed with the passage of time. The study subjects were three people in the current electronic anklet sex offenders under electronic supervision. Data collection period was made in a one-to-one individual in-depth interviews across from April to July 2014. Through this study, it was found the following. Constantly talking about sexual subjects that should be left to the bad guys in the garage during the period with respect to the electronic anklet living there were any changes in their lives and are no longer a criminal in the past was to emphasize that there can be another change, brought out by a sensitivity to pain through electronic anklets jimyeo sensitive to others' pain could be seen going to handle yourself in life. This study is a text to understand their lives. Electronic anklet sex offenders are and what you believe in what I think and what feelings any situation it is important to look at that and adjust their lives in some way.
