범죄학적 원인요인들이 한국법무보호복지공단 지원 대상 출소자들의 재범 기간에 미치는 영향 연구
본 연구는 재범 위험성이 높은 한국법무보호복지공단의 출소자들을 대상으로 하여 그들의 심리사회적 특성과 신경심리학적 특성을 함께 살펴보고 구조방정식 모형을 이용한 재범과의 인과관계를 추정해내고자 수행되었다. 연구 결과, 재범까지의 기간 에 영향을 미치는 요인은 지원 대상 출소자들의 높은 범죄습벽과 낮은 정서인식력인 것으로 나타났으며 높은 집행기능은 높은 정서인식력과 관련되어 있으며, 이는 결과 적으로 재범까지의 기간을 증가시키는 보호요인인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 상습 고위험 범죄자들의 재범 방지를 위한 차별적인 관리 방안의 필요성을 제언하였다.
A Study on the Effect of Criminogenic Factors on the Period of Recidivism of the Released Offenders Subject to Social Service by Korea Rehabilitation Agency
This study was conducted to examine the psychosocial and neuropsychological characteristics of released offenders at high risk of recidivism, and to estimate the causal relationship between criminogenic factors and recidivism using a structural equation model(SEM). As a result of the study, it was found that the factors affecting the time before re-offending were the high criminal habits and low emotional recognition ability of the released offenders. High executive function was related to high emotional recognition ability, which as a result was a protective factor that increased the time before re-offending. Based on the results of this study, the importance of discriminatory management measures to prevent recidivism of habitual high-risk criminals was suggested.
